On May 20th, the high-quality cosmetics intelligent factory project of Shanghai Asanuma Cosmetics Co., Ltd. was officially put into use. It is reported that Shanghai Asanuma Cosmetics Co., Ltd. has invested 140 million yuan in total to build an intelligent production base covering an area of 26 mu（about 1.73 hectares）.The new factory features an IoT-based data collection and monitoring system for end-to-end automation, while its BIM - optimized production layout significantly enhances efficiency. It is expected that the production capacity after commissioning will be three times the current level, and the unit energy consumption will be reduced by 20%. The new factory is simultaneously equipped with a biodegradable packaging material production line, and the wastewater treatment system meets the first-class A standard, achieving the goal of "green intelligent manufacturing". The new factory will also create 190 new job positions, injecting new vitality into the development of the industry.
