Additionally, Jinshan released a list of 54 UAV application service operational capabilities. At the 2025 International Low-Altitude Economy Expo, it organized nearly 30 jointly established units to participate collectively, successfully securing the largest procurement order in the eVTOL sector. These efforts have propelled Jinshan's low-altitude economy to extend deeply from "R&D and manufacturing" to "commercial applications," enabling "Made in Jinshan" low-altitude equipment to serve more scenarios. Furthermore, addressing the needs of low-altitude economic development, Jinshan District has formulated district-level administrative measures for UAV services in the government sector, clarifying flight operation approval processes and data-sharing rules. This promotes the digitalization and intelligentization of low-altitude governance, creating an optimal environment for enterprises to develop in Jinshan.

Today, Jinshan District has become a comprehensive demonstration zone for the low-altitude economy in the city. Moving forward, the Low-Altitude Economy Industrial Chain Party Committee in Jinshan will continue to deepen the Party building joint mechanism, accelerate the construction of specialized low-altitude economy parks, and establish a new benchmark for the integrated development of "low-altitude economy + digital economy."
